Who is Malcolm Pointon?

Malcolm Pointon, born in Stoke-on-Trent in 1940, was an extremely talented musician and inspiring teacher and lecturer for pupils and students. He composed a prodigious number of pieces for all kinds of music-making.

He never sought fame or publications. For him, composing itself was his reward. He died, much too early, in 2007.
